green juiceOk – so you’ve tried all kinds of fad diets, read all kinds of books, and you still can’t seem to find something that really works for you. Well, I have a very simple and effective way for you to have more energy, lose weight, and glow from the inside-out!

If you just add this idea into your life little by little I promise it will make a massive change in your general health and your waistline:

Just add one 12-16oz glass of Fresh Green Juice into your day (or night)- instead of a soda, or a coffee, or a pasteurized juice, or a milkshake, OR an evening meal (in this case I might make it a 32oz juice, and this will yield the greatest weight loss results). You have to be consistent and I promise you, you will be thanking me. Now, I didn’t tell you to change everything you are doing, because I am wise enough to know that we humans are creatures of habit, and old habits die hard. I know you have a lot of other things you would rather focus your energy and attention on, and it is hard enough to remember all the things you have to do, let alone the things you would like to do. But if you really want to transform yourself into the radiant being you are truly meant to be, then start adding this daily dose of healthy magic into your life!

 

Here’s a great simple recipe:

2 green apples

1 cucumber (use organic! The green skin has tons of vitamins)

4 stalks of celery

1 lemon (cut off the skin, it’s too toxic to drink)

1 handful of parsley

1 handful of spinach

1/2 inch of fresh ginger

Put everything through a juicer and enjoy!
